Delivery information

We currently only ship within the borders of South Africa.

All deliveries are made using FastWay courier services, and no collections are permitted from our premises by the public.
 

We guarantee delivery of all items purchased, backed with a full refund or reshipping, provided a replacement product is available. This guarantee will be void if you supply incorrect address details on the shipping address details. Once a product is delivered to an erroneous address, it cannot be recovered. We also do not take responsibility if you are not available at the time of delivery. Fastway will attempt multiple deliveries, but if all are unsuccessful, the purchase will be returned to us and you will have to pay the delivery fee again.

Typically, it takes two days from the time the courier receives the parcel, for it to be delivered to your shipping address if you are near any of the major city centers. Rural deliveries will take longer. If you are not sure in which category you fall, feel free to contact us before placing your order. Any order completed and paid before close of business on weekdays, will be handed to the courier the next day. Orders placed after 17:00 on weekdays will be prepared the next day, and shipped the following day. Orders placed on a Friday will be handed to the courier on the following Monday. Public holidays excluded.

All packages have tracking numbers which can be used to track your parcel once it has been received by the courier. This tracking number will be noted on the email communications sent to you. It will also be listed on your order in your account dashboard if you are a registered member of this site. Should you lose the tracking number, you can just contact us so we can resend you the number. You will need to supply us with your order number for this to be possible.

During the period between Black Friday and Christmas all courier companies are extremely busy so allow for extra delays and take public holidays into account.

Please note that if you select a delivery address that is a significant distance from any city or town (including farms and rural areas) then the delivery time given may not be applicable and common sense should prevail. We retain the right to cancel orders that may require delivery to places that we cannot deliver to at reasonable cost. In such instances we will give a full refund if payment has already been made. The buyer may also elect to pay any additional charges required to enable the sale to be completed and the delivery scheduled.
