Return Policy

At Vortex Crafts, we only use high quality materials in the manufacture of our products. The items we create are subject to numerous quality checks. All LED lights and other electronics are individually tested prior to shipping to ensure that you get the quality you pay for.

We are confident that you will be satisfied with every item after every purchase. However, if this is not the case for whatever reason, returns will be accepted under the following conditions.

You can return defective items within 7 days of receipt, in which case you may get a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges. Do not accept any package from the courier with visible damage to the parcel, unless you have opened the package to inspect it’s contents and found it to be undamaged.

The cost of return shipping is for the buyer’s own account. Once we have received the returned product and concluded our own investigation, the product will be replaced or refunded at the sole discretion of the owners of Vortex Crafts. The value of the item and the cost of shipping will also be considered when making a decision.

Intentional damage or incorrect use of the product is not covered under our return policy.
